At Southern Silk Collection, we value our customers and stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Return & Refund Timeframes

Full-Priced Items: Eligible for return or refund within 60 days of the purchase date.

Sale or Discounted Items: Eligible for return or refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
Conditions for Return

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please get in touch with our customer service team at southernsilkcollection@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
